Has anyone else seen this clinical trail? Thoughts?

This is another biologic. Same category of XELJANZ (TOFACITINIB) and other immunosuppressive. I was expecting this. For example, for all other immune disorder (such as rheumatoid arthritis for example) there are always a few biologic available. They are trying to do the same thing with alopecia aerata. Very good news, because for some patient TOFACITINIB might not work but tralokinumab will.
Only downside is that u never know in the clinical trial if you are taking the placebo or not... Good post.
I am actually in this trial (Mt. Sinai, nyc). Took my first shots last week, but like Return_life said.. With these studies you never know whether you're taking a placebo or the real thing. I will keep you posted if anything changes (I currently have AU)

thank you for both subjecting yourself to the trial and also updating the community! looking forward to hearing about your experience

I have some eczema as well but like 2 really small spots on my leg which aren't really all that visible so any improvement I don't think will be noticeable. Let's keep updating this thread with our progress. Good luck!

any update for this one?
