Controlling AU?

So I came across the GLobal Alopecia Mission Website while researching any new treatment options for AA and I want to know what the treatment is if it is so effective according to this guy!

Also what the credibility of GAM? I don't know much or any about them.

after doing some research i realized that he used a diet plan and some sort of supplement!

I am not sure to be honest, but I love food so I am not sure how much I'd be willing to sacrifice for hair ;)

I got tested for wheat allergies and gluten allergies to see if that was causing it but everything comes back normal.

At this point, I try to eat healthy and be as stress-free as possible. And thank goodness it seems to be working!

A friend of mine tried his plan and it did not work. He paid alot for the supplements and they were not high quality. He is exploring natural diet methods. My daughter on the other hand is doing nothing and experiencing hair some hair regrowth after being AU 3 years.
