Hello,

I am hoping someone out there can share their experience of cortisone shots with me. I am having a tough time accepting my AA because it is right around the frame of my face so I can't pull my hair back at all.

I made the dreaded mistake of trying cortisone shots. Needless to say, I now have veins popping out and big dents around my face. Is there anyone out there who ever had reversal of the fat atrophy from cortisone shots. It has been almost 4 months and I have not seen any reversal from the shots.

I appreciate any comments from someone who had a similar reaction has mine.

Blessings,

Carla Schulte

Hi there,

I agree with you and I am no longer doing anything in hopes to stop my hair from falling out. It is comforting to know I am not alone. I can't beleive I allowed a doctor to talk me into something my intuition warned me against not doing. Best of luck to you. I am glad your hair is growing back. I have given up on mine as it only gets worse instead of better. Luckily, I have only lost the hair framing my face in a way I can still hide unless someone stares at my hair closely.

Blessings,

Carla
