How is dating for everyone else with alopecia? I've seen more women married on here then men. Any Thoughts?

My experiance is that I always think that I am not good enough or not beautiful enough because I dont have hair, and so everytime that it could get serious with a girl I always back off.. I want the hair so bad. Is anyone else like this?

Some people like it, some people tolerate it, and some people don't like it. It's not a big deal to me anymore, though. It hasn't inhibited my dating.

Good for ya

I have had AU since I was 8. I'm now 25 and still no luck with having a boyfriend or keeping a date long enough,...much less find a guy who can get over it when I have no wig, no lashes, no eyebrow makeup on. I've had instances where I could be dating someone for months and they're completely fine knowing about the alopecia but doesn't wanna see me without the brows, lashes and wig, because I look like a damn alien. I've also had a situation where it was fine but when they knew they completely either flipped out, too stunned for words, or just plain fascinated (which I didn't want to be around to entertain their curiosity). It's frustrating.

I never met anyone with AT or AU but I assumed it would be easier for a guy with alopecia to date than a women (maybe that was just me though). I have met a girl with AA but it's no where as noticeable at all.

There are no barriers to love. If you fall in love with a man and his soul, then alopecia doesn't matter.

Dating sites are really very useful. But now most people have started using Dating apps. Have you ever tried using apps to meet Armenian women? These girls are very well mannered and respect their husbands. It seems to me that Armenian girls are somewhat similar to Indian ones.
