I'm in a rough patch with insurance and finances, can't afford to go to a derm for cortisone shots or anything, so I've been looking up diets and homeopathic treatments, and I don't really believe any of them truly work. Does anyone have firsthand experience with non western medicine and diets and whether or not they work? I had a lot of regrowth in the past few months but now I'm finding patches again, and if it progresses at the same intensity as last time, I don't know what I will do. Any help would be awesome.

I use the anti inflammatory diet. U can get this food pyramid on either Dr Andrew Weil or Dr Joel Furhman website. It is excellent nutrition and will help you improve your overall well being. This diet is suitable for people with alopecia. Supplements of turmeric, ginger and high dose fish oil are also proven to help autoimmune conditions.

Yes ! my daughter has had great experience with this path. Alopecia and Wellness on Amazon. Jan
