Hi,
Steroid injections into the eyelids can help. It can be quite painful but that's only temporary .
my daughter also lost her eyelashes she is 12 years old and the dr recommended Latisse. She has been on it for almost 2 full months and we are seeing some growth eventhough they say it takes over 4 months to see any progress. It is not covered by insurance. Good Luck to you.
Check out BLINKIES on facebook. very very natural. easy to apply. They were made for people who have NO eyelashes.
