Follea and shampoo

Hi Fellow Follea gripper wearers, I posted a similar question under wigs, but just wondering what products you use to care for your piece? For several years I used a sulfate free shampoo and Revlon color care conditioner, on the Follea site they have a statement under care and maintenance that they do not recommend sulfate free or paraben free shampoo.....I asked them why but never got a response.  I guess I’m just one of those people that want an explanation....lol but it’s bugging me, especially since I was using Sulfate free shampoo for so long. I’ve switched to a shampoo that isn’t sulfate free but still want to know...thanks

I would suggest Loreal Sulfate free Shampoo & Conditioner products

Yes that is what I had been using. But on the Follea site they list under NOT recommended sulfate free shampoos?? I actually inquired about it, and the answer was we do not recommend using sulfate free shampoo....I asked why, and never got a response. I found it very odd, would really like to know the reason behind it. If anyone is a Follea rep. And knows the reason for why they do not recommend I wish they would let us know. It seems like they would recommend the sulfate free shampoo. It’s so weird
