Hi. I have been getting, what looks like scars on the head. Well actually the skin doesnt look different at all its only where I have hair it is visible. However Im a bit concerned.

Im shaving with a razor almost daily. My question to you are. Is there any possibility of getting scars while shaving without drawing blood??

It might just be how I loose my hair though. Im not sure although meanwhile Ill try to get it as good with a electrical razor.

Ill try to upload som photos of it when I find the time if its needed =D

Hi Henrik,

I have experience the same problems ever since I started shaving my remaining few patches. Unfortunately, I still yet to find an electrical razor that can provide a smoother shave as a razor could. I have dark hair, so any stumps should be shaved as close as possible to skin, if not I look pretty weird. In addition, that I have a couple of strands here and there, I do miss them sometimes and would have a few inches long of black hair after a while. Shaving with a razor does give me smoother look on my head, however it may come at a prize... it is not easy to shave those behind my head which is not visible in front of the mirror, I mostly rely on touch and occasionally my digital camera to check for missing spots, but that is all time consuming.

I believe the razor blades come in contact with my skin more than it shaves off hair, because I'm talking about a few dozens strands of hair scattered over my entire head. I do often get scars from it, especially when someone is close to me. I try to change razor blades as often as possible but then my budget doesnt allow that as much as I want to. Anyway, I normally use a blade for about a month before I change a new one, since the blade isnt used for heavy duty...

Its not an easy job though...sigh...

Anyway, thats all I have to say now. Take care and God bless.
