I looked at the site, I do not know if the two sites are the same, but Crowns of Glory is doing what many if not most of these sites that claim to make custom wigs and hairpieces do. We are all overwhelmed with offers from companies in China and India to use them for buying hair/manufacture wigs at very cheap pricing levels. I admit that I have fallen victim to these offers myself, but what I found, is that the company promises they have the best quality/hair etc. and when the order finally arrives, it never lives up to expectations. Crowns and Glory is just taking orders and pretending that they make the wigs. IF their contact in China is good, it is possible that the final piece will be as expected. In my business, since quality is so important to me, I only go through reputable American distributors because I believe they have a better chance at getting consistency than a one location hair replacement business can. they work with the same factories all the time and the factory loses a great customer if it does not deliver. Therefor it is in the best interest of the manufacturer to keep standards high.It has been my experience that trying to cut the local middleman out results in unhappy clients. I can not afford to do that to my clients. 

Addendum: I also Googled "Crown and Glory" and found they are a hair supplier that claims to sell virgin hair at a reasonable price. ALWAYS stay away from these types of retailers...Good hair is expensive, and usually not sold over the Internet...these types of retailers only want your money, they could care less if you are happy or not.

You mentioned 'reputable American distributors', do you have any names you can recommend?
I am one year in with wearing a wig, just a rookie!

Hi, my name is Nichole, and I am the owner of Crowns of Glory Wigs!  I'm also a woman who lost her almost 10 years ago! I started this business because I became frustrated with the low quality hair systems I received online. I'll go with Chris' information..

I've gotten duped by people on YouTube, well, because many of them are the owners of the wig companies.

or they pay YouTube wig-gurus to endorse their product.

I learned the hard way, that the companies will send the endorsers, their BEST product, but the ones who are just paying customers, don't receive wigs of the same quality.

One You Tuber i distinctly remember being duped, and tried to warn about my experience. She "disabled" all comments from her video..

That's another "sign"..  

Also, if you go on their website to read real "customer reviews".. Well, the marketers "cherry pick" through the reviews, so you don't see the negative or usually the most helpful comments.

I would also like to add: "Negative" does not mean "Bad mouthing" .. When it comes to companies and their advertisement, "Negative" in this day and age, usually means the "truth"..
