Has anyone heard of/tried Nioxin?

I was told by a concerned person about Nioxin. It's suppose to stimulate hair growth and help keep it thick. I was just interested if anyone knows anything or has tried the product. If so, did it help? Any suggestions? Thanks!

Yes, I am currently using Nioxin and I am experiencing hair regrowth where there hasn't been growth in years. I decided to try it again because I remembered that it worked in the past. I have experienced Alopecia off an on since my 20's; I am now in my 50's.

thanks, I am going to try it. I lost all my hair once. It grew back, but every year I experience new spots. I have read where it didn't help others but everyone loses hair for different reasons. Mine is stress. Thanks for the input about nioxin! Barbara

i currently use nioxin, and have for the last year. i haven't noticed any difference.

I have tried it and it irritated my scalp to the point that I had to stop...am using via now. I'm not knowing if it helps, or just makes my scalp tingle so I will think it helps and keep using it!

I tried Nioxin - did nothing for me - I became AU despite that product.
