Help with ear tabs please!

Where should your ear tabs fall by your ears? Should they come in front of the ear too and cover the hair by your ears or just a little above that? I'm having a wig made and this is a big question for me. I have one wig and the ear tabs allow for some of the hair to show by my ears and the wig makers wigs are different. Any insight would be appreciated.

This will be different for everyone since you still have some hair. Are you still losing hair? If you are you would want the wig to follow your natural hairline if it is a lace wig. If you have hair then you want it to clip in where your hair will blend.

Thank Karen.,,I still do you have some hair..I have female pattern baldness so I am still losing. The wig I'm having made isn't a lace wig so the ear tabs should come down by the front of my ears a ways so I can blend my own hair with it? (like if i wear a headband?)
