Hey all is this alopecia ? Will i go bald and loose eyebrows?

Alex, it looks like Alopecia Areata, but this doesn't mean you'll have the kind where you go bald and lose eyebrows.  For a little spot like that, I would go to a derm for steroid injections.  Additionally, try cutting out dairy and grains (especially gluten), try to avoid plastic products, etc.

I can only get to derm in 2 mounths whay can happen ? Im scared im 24 yo i don t wanna go bald and loose my eyebrows,,.

Alex, try to relax.  Stress may make it worse.  A lot of people who get small spots like yours have it resolve entirely without any treatment.

I have 2 places in my sideburnes where i don t grow hair. But i have them for like years i just made the connectuons and i noticed on my feets 2 places as well where i don t have hair..that s why im freaked out maybe it s start of alopevia universalis???

The problem with alopecia is you are not quite sure what is going to happen till it happens. That being said i had a boss who had small patches and they grew in with no problem. I really hope that it is just a patch or two and you have regrowth. Try Rogain, you can get it at Costco and my daughters Derm. told her to use it.

I have a hole in one of my teeth for about 6 months can this be related?i was also dieting and going to gym because i have always been chubby can it be thiroid related as qell?

Thyroid related is (supposedly) only if you have Hashimotos - which is related to hypothyroid but takes a very specific blood test to diagnose - not just a TSH, T3 or T4. Hashimotos is an auto-immune disease, where low or high thyroid is not. And, auto-immune diseases sometimes happen in twos or clusters.

The hole in your tooth is probably just a cavity.

As for diet and exercise - certain diets can help and exercise can't hurt.

I was dieting and exercising before got the patch..so there is no hope maybe i can treat it ? And reserve it? This is it ? I hope not i have seriously suicidal toughts

If you're having suicidal thoughts, get help immediately! If necessary, start with calling a suicide prevention hotline for help & a referral to a mental health person.

If the hair loss is minimal, perhaps steroid injections in your scalp and a topical solution will take care of it to regrow hair. Can you get into a GP sooner than a derm? Some are knowledgable about this. Or, maybe they can give you a referral to get you into the derm quicker.

You're getting overly upset over something that has not been proven to be true. Please, take control and take some proactive steps instead if just assuming.
