Horrible quote from HBO show "VEEP" last night

Did anyone see this show last night? A quote from Julia Louis Dreyfus' character (the Vice President of the US) "The kids had alopecia and the mothers were on crack. It was a freakshow!"

We need to write HBO to tell them that alopecia has NOTHING to do with substance abuse and that we are not "freak shows".

Repulsive!

It's tough enough to deal with Alopecia without the public ridicule of being called a freak show on TV.

Just left my comment for HBO. It was a stupid line. Shock value lines like that are written to be ridiculous, hoping to be funny, without consideration of the actual matter.

Yes - my husband and I saw it. We like the show but there was definitely an elephant in the room when she said that. We'll delete that episode so my son won't see it. I certainly hope that people with alopecia don't feel "freakish". Bald is definitely in!

I don’t really like watching television at all and I consider it mostly a waste of time and sitting out on the couch. Good dew it does not end. I do not think that I have the right to sit on the couch until I have achieved the desired success. Now I'm looking for an additional way to make money and try play steam tower online. There are no sensible results yet, but at least it brings me pleasure.
