I was wondering : how often do you wash your hair/massage your scalp? What products do you use? Do you do any other treatments on your head? Have your methods or products made a difference, for the good or bad?

I've mentioned a few times on this forum that I wash my hair every day o every other day. I use the Philip Kingsley brand of products. I massage my head with the shampoo for about 5 minutes. My scalp feels better, but only very recently has the hair shedding reduced (though not gone). I suspect the hair shedding has reduced because there isn't much hair left to fall out. I do a Philip Kingsley hair treatment every week, sometimes on my own but I prefer to get it done at the clinic.

Other than a better scalp, and a little regrowth, I haven't noticed many changes. He cortisone injections made my eyebrow grow back after one shot, but after 5-6 shots on my earliest patch, still barely any regrowth. Newer patches have some regrowth though, not much but I figure its a good thing to have a little.

Sorry for any autocorrect errors - I'm writing this on my phone.

Hi Epo. I massage my scalp on regular basis... not only in the shower... sometimes watching tv, or surfing internet... lately they told me the idea is to keep the skin sliding over the scalp... putting your hands together making a little pressure is a good way to go. Apparently the areas where the skin is more glued to the scalp are the areas to take care the most. In my case is thru... hope it make sense.
