Human hair Ash blonde wig help!!!!!

Hi I desperately need some help from anyone out there who knows of a good place online to get a human hair wig (lace or any type really) preferably European hair. I am on a budget of around $400 I know that is crazy and I am probably dreaming, but I am low on funds at the moment. If anyone knows any good sites I would really appreciate some help.

Also does anyone knoe any chinese vendors who do blondes well, I am skeptical of this as I have heard many do a rough job on blondes!!

I am reasonably new to this and finding it sooo hard, so any help would be so much appreciated!!!

This is under $400. but it's a 'heat-friendly' wig and you can be around ovens, etc. with it. plus it's all hand-tied. You can also find other human hair wigs for around $400. at this site (NameBrandWigs.com)...really good prices.
