You might want to look into an anti-inflammatory, high-nutrient eating plan similar to the one recommended by Dr. Joel Fuhrman (Eat to Live, Super Immunity, and other books). It probably won't stop your hair loss, but it will make you healthier overall.

thanks alo Lori

Hi Bree, hope you're doing well. Iron deficiencies seem to be a common link on AW.
Boost your iron by getting a good quality vitamin with iron in it.
For eating/diet, here's a great website to give you food for thought, so to speak :)

thanks a lot elain

IMHO there is not a quick fix. GAPS nutritional programme works for many people but it is more than a diet, it is a protocol. It depends on how much time you want to invest. Dr. Campbell McBride is a MD Masters in neurologist (surgeon) and Human Nutrition.
Good Luck!

I love the Paleo diet, look into it and you will really enjoy it.

Hey. I am aware about the diet book that can help you out. This will provide you about more than 100 recipes. You can check the guide régime for healthy diet. This will also help you to maintain your body weight properly. You can also try thé detox tea for weight and fat loss.
