Microchet extensions anyone?

Hi i,ve been looking on line for an answer to my hair loss problem (im very thin on top) and i came accross Microchet extensions.They say they are suitable for thinning hair even the crown area,does anyone know anything about them? Also there is Micro-Cylinder and Micro-Ring,i,d really appreciate any advise,thanks, Lady 57.
