I wanted to share my experience with Xeljanz XR. I began taking Xeljanz in July of last year. I had one silver dollar sized patch of hair on the back of my head, no eyelashes, no body hair, no eyebrows. Since beginning Xeljanz, I have had steady hair growth and am at 90% coverage on my head, new eyelashes, eyebrows, and my body hair has grown back. I have had ZERO adverse effects on Xeljanz. I have my blood taken once every 3 months during visits with my rheumatologist. I had been steadily losing my hair over a course of 4 years and had developed arthritis which is what prompted my doctor to have me try Xeljanz. I've read a lot of negative comments on here regarding Xeljanz and just wanted to put my two cents in. While not everyone's experience is positive... it definitely has given me some hope and has alleviated a lot of stress.
