NAAF conference

This year I will be attending my very first NAAF conference. I am so very excited; not only am I going to attend some great seminars but also meet friends that I have met here at Alopecia World.
I was wondering , how many of you are going & what are you are looking forward to the most?
For me, its two fold, first, as I said above meeting the many friends I have met here at Alopecia World in person & second, attending the many informative seminars & meeting fellow alopecians & their loved ones.

I'll be there too Pam! I would love to meet you and I'm looking forward to going to the fun events and amazing folks. It's my first as well.

Yay! I will be there and this is my first conference as well. Like you, I look forward to meeting all the friends I've made on here and just attending the conference in general and seeing what new stuff I can learn at the seminars.

I'll be there :) I went two years ago to the conference in Houston. I can't wait to see everyone again!

lol my name on this site use to be Cookie, and I didnt have a pic up, so that's why I added that part so people would remember who I was and didn't think I was new when I made a new profile. But thanks! A friend of mine gave me that name lol

NAAF Attendees...
Let's figure out a meeting spot! I'll be arriving from Colorado Wed the 22nd. When do you all get in??? This will be such fun! Can't wait to meet everyone, see the new products, meet the vendors and compare notes.

I arrive on Thurs the 23rd, early afternoon.
I like the meeting spot idea, AW friends meet here at such an hour.
Tallgirl has a great idea on exchanging phone no's.
We should do that privately.
This is going to be so fun, perhaps drinks or dinner or heck both.

My flight gets in Wenesday the 22nd but I am from California and will be visiting with family that day. Maybe I can meet up with some of you Thursday before the conference. Last time I went, there were a bunch of alopecians just hanging out in the Lobby.

I think on the Friday morning or sometime Friday they have a separate table for each region of the country or world during the Meet and Greet so you can find support people near you. You can take along the names and countries or states here on AW on a list, then table-hop during that session to find AW folk and their phone numbers, lobby or restaurant meeting spots, schedules of workshops, etc.
