Hello! I've had one for several weeks, but haven't been able to wear it yet as I can't seem to get it on right! Getting very frustrated at this point. I'll update if things change...

Hi Mary,

Try to see your rep in person if at all possible or even FaceTime or Skype.  Most issues are usually solved once the representative can see the placement of the hair.  Hopefully this gets solved soon.

Hi Dielle.  This new cap has been around for at least 5 years now.  It is absolutely fabulous.  I run, hike, swim, waterski, play volleyball...you name it, it is done in my Freedom Wig.  The base is soft silicone and is like a second skin.  I don't consciously feel it on my head. The security of the cap really truly gives you the ability to do any activity (think watersides and roller coasters) that you are comfortable doing without worrying about the hair coming off.  When you are doing rigorous activity and sweating, the sweat will dissipate down the temple and neck areas and looks natural.  I wear this for all my long distance running...totally awesome to have a ponytail swish on my runs again.

This hairpiece was a true game-changer for me.  I was wearing a typical (and beautiful) hairpiece but really found myself avoiding hugs, doing head ducks in the strong prairie winds, and not doing activities as it felt like it could come off at any second.  Once I started wearing Freedom I found my confidence return and I am doing everything I did before my alopecia hit without any worry whatsoever.  

I am now a representative for the company up here in Canada and I also teach high school. Your representative for Freedom will work with you to achieve the look you are after and they are available to help you with any questions or concerns you may have.  There is a one year warranty on the hairpiece against manufacturer's defects and the hairpiece lasts between 2-5 years on average with a repair usually needed within that time.

I have had one on order for 4 months now and no word.  My rep will not tell me any progress. Every month I ask her, now she isn't even responding to me.  I'm about to give up and ask for my down payment back (2,000).  She lives in North Georgia and I'm in Central Fl.  Could somebody PLEASE give me some information on the average time it takes to get their Freedom Wig?

Hi I have had a number but the last one developed a patch of hair loss within less than 3 months. I have been told it's my fault and have to pay £800 for a repair after wearing them for years. Watch the warranty with them.

I have one of the older versions of Freedom wigs, just what is the difference between the old and new? I'm also considering ordering another one.

I saw this video of a vacuum whit frontal in lace and total traspiaration from newlacecu( i saw they have pubblicity here) ...i think this costrution is very good for A U, cuase no glue and no tapes but good traspiaration...

I've been wearing my new Freedom wig for a few weeks now. It seems a tighter fit than my last one but that could be because the other has stretched or worn out - it's pretty old although still wearable in my opinion. The new one also is more flexible than the old one which is pretty stiff (the base not the hair). So, all in all I'm very happy with it and of course the hair is absolutely fantastic. Freedom has the best hair ever!
