Greetings,

I am new to AW but not new to alopecia.

I have a new beautiful super fine mono wig with a closed lace front, the only problem is they forgot the adjustable strap! I have quite a collection of wigs and they have adjustable straps and they seem to be built in to the cap. I was told they can do the wig over but I loved the wig and took it as it was.

Does any one have any ideas how to make a adjustable strap? The wig fits like a glove but I like the security of the strap.

Thanks

I use Got2be glued spiking glue to secure my custom lace units without straps. A thin coating on the scalp, position the wig, and after ten minutes, the wig is secure until you remove it. I also have sewn in Dermafix, which also holds nicely.
