Online wig purchases?

Just wondering if anyone has had experiences with online wig purchases? good? not so good? Do they fit? Is the quality any good? Any support from the sites after purchase? I bought my one and only locally and am pleased, but I saw some really cute ones on Wigs.com. Any advice? Thanks.

I like the wigs.com website itself for the videos it provides of most individual wigs, but I don't care for the company's way of doing business. They charged me before my order shipped, sent an email stating my color wasn't available and instructed me to choose another color. Since I didn't want to choose another color, I called to receive a refund for my purchase. I got a refund, minus a restocking fee which they charge for normal returns, for a product that was never shipped. I buy mine from wilshirewigs.com. Haven't had a problem with them.
