Hello,

I find my spots tender sometimes. Not enough to complain about though. :)

Dana
My daughter says she never feels pain. It just itches her whenever I put on her ointment.
Hi,
I felt pain too.
And I still feel pain when I touch my scalp.
My skin feels funny too.
Like I have a extra coating on it.
It seemed like when I had hair it hurt.
But I can rub my scalp now ( I have no hair)
and it still hurts. At times.
Its like a tight ponytail and you let it down...
thanks everyone for your replies. i realized after reading all these responses that i also have some "pain". it is so normal to me that i dont consider it pain anymore. it feels like phantom hair. like it hurts to have my hair grow. but i dont have any hair! anyway, i have passed on some of this info to the person who i mentioned is experiencing it, and gave her some links to explore on the internet. she didnt know what alopecia was, so shes got some research ahead of her.....its always bitter sweet to find out you have alopecia....i mean, you are happy to know why the hell your hair is falling out, but totally bummed to know that it might not be coming back. thanks again!
i had pain aswell wen my hair was fallin out, n yeah like u've pulled ur hair to tight, it does go away eventually but it does hurt,
Me too! I have AGA and I often feel like as if someone were pulling my hair or some of it. Sometimes it itches too...
