Well I am ready to ditch this Jon Renau Smart Lace human hair wig. I think it actually has alopecia areata. I have bald spots in the bang area. All that money down the drain. So I am ready to take the chance and order an online human hair wig. I have heard some great reviews from members and am ready to take the leap. I am so confused on the cap construction though. Anyone out there have the full lace cap or the thin skin perimier or the full thin skin cap? Not sure which one is best and most comfortable. Any suggestions would be great. Thanks

I wear synthetic wigs with monofilament and am very pleased. A month ago I bought a new over the internet. (Am I allowed to write here site through which I bought a wig?)

you can email it to me. I think if you send a friend request I can send you an email.

Hi, I am trying a new site and should have it next week. It is QDbeauty. I will let you know what I think when it gets here. The wig support has been a big help also. We order all lace with silk top and my daughter attaches with super tape and changes them every 2-3 days. This works for her right now while she is in college but it is hard on the wigs.

I use silk top base and thin skin perimeter... then i use red tape (daily wear) and blue tape (long term) stuck together to adhere it (red side goes on the wig). i makes the clean up a lot easier!

what are your thoughts on the thin skin perimeter? I am deciding between that and the full lace cap. Is it comfy? What benefits do you see with the thin skin? Thanks for all of your help

I have never ordered thin skin but I think it gives a base to put the tape on. The new wig from QD beauty just arrived and it is beautiful.

I am so glad to hear that? What type of hair did you get? I am looking for the straightest and silkiest. Would you mind telling me the cost of yours?

You and me both looking for the straightest and silkiest hair. European probably. Quite expensive.

I ordered their virgin european hair, which is really processed chinese hair. It cost a little over $500. The hair is soft and silky.

I googled QD and couldn't find anything. Do you have the link? Any pictures of what you ordered? That price is something I could do. What color did she order?

I am going through the process of ordering now. My price quote for 1e: european silky straight hair was aroung 300 with shipping. I have yet to hit the confirm button though.

We ordered 24" hair which is why it costs so much.
