Single auto immune

How many of you here have one auto immune condition?
I have AA and all of my blood work came back normal such as thyroid, iron etc
Looking back I very rarely used to get a spot of eczema but nothing major. Growing up I also had respiratory issues in spring but that went away in my 20s.
I am worrying even though my blood work came back normal?

My daughter has very mild eczema and low Vit B and she was AU for 6 years. The other two conditions are not life altering so they are pretty much ignored. She has hair growing now with no treatment. The Dr. said, a body can change. It is best not to worry about what hasn't happened, just deal with it one day at a time.
