It is true that the trend - women and men wearing their heads shaved is on our side. However, the truth of the matter is that when this trend is no longer fashionable, those who were just in keeping with the trend will go back to sporting their hairy crowns, while there will be thousands of Alopecians grieving the loss of their hair and fighting for a cure. There is a difference between sporting a bald crown to be trendy and sporting a bald crown due to facing a trial called Alopecia. I’m just saying….

Yes it's different alright....and even with shaving the spots are still noticeable, and if you're white they stand out like the map of the world. I guess if I was a man at least it would be better than nothing.
