TOPICAL IMMUNOTHERAPY in UAE

Does anyone know where & if there is a clinic in Dubai/UAE where to get the topical immunotherapy? 
I’ve contacted more than 20 clinics but no one does it.

Honestly, this method does not really work. This medication was used by a close relative without any results except for a scalp that became red and burned. The idea is to stimulate the follicle, it did not. Alopecia is an autoimmune condition as you well know and is really an internal type issue. Please let me know if you have further questions that I might be able to assist you with. I wish this topical treatment really worked, but sad to say it does not.
