What has Xeljanz cost the people who are paying?

I just got off the phone with CVS Caremark Specialty pharmacy and was a bit thrown off by the out of pocket cost when insurance won't cover the drug. I had two separate people I spoke with quote me $5,200.00 for a one month supply (60, 5mg) pills which is one bottle. I had them double check that they were giving me the correct price, and they verified it. This is the first I have heard of this price, I thought it was in the $2,000-$2,800 per bottle. Can someone chime in and let me know their experience after the copay card was used up.

Justin... that is not the right price.  I should be around the $2,800 range.  Have you tried the co-pay card?  I got my first three bottles absolutely free.  Go here and enroll.  http://www.xeljanz.com/co-pay-card
