Yes, we all have some form of alopecia and that can all make us a little sad sometimes, but what are some things that make you feel happy & content?

going out for coffee with my husband/friends
my cat

I'm pretty sure my hair never made me happy before I lost it, and I'm certain my happiness now is not dependent on hair.
Playing my fiddle
The ocean
Gardening
Seeing daffodil leaves poking out of the ground
Rain (enough drought!)
Slipping into a warm bed
Talking to grownups
Playing with my daughter at music class
Being surprised by one of my boys actually being considerate, responsible, thoughtful, or, for a moment, not seeming to want to drive me to pull out my hair.
Playing my fiddle again--after a decade or so of not really playing, it feels to me like finding a voice, as if, despite the state that I have let my home life get into, how often what I say is ignored, how little of "me" is left in my existence to urge me out of bed in the morning, I still am able to express joy.
Usually, it's just money. I decided to give stock trading a try and started learning here: instaforex review
I've got anxiety and not having anxiety attacks already make me relatively happy.
I've got anxiety too. I also use CBD products I find on this site https://hmp.club/ to ease my state.
