You will probably find that the stock wig from China is too large. I order regularly from China, for a bit more than $10 but no more than $200, and get a cap custom sized to my peanut alopecian head. ;)

I've been happy with my units from China. Others have not been. I think it depends on how long you have been without hair. For those who are only recently AA or AU, there are higher expectations. For those who have been without hair and who have tried many options for 30+ years, expectations are most likely different, since we basically forgot what our original hair looked like, and for us, it would probably be gray and thinning and post-menopausal at this point anyway. lol

But seriously... Whatever you get for $10 will turn out to be a bargain, even if you cut it up and sew it into a hat.

Thank you, Lori, for responding. I have been wearing a wig for about 8 years now so my expectations aren't that high. I just get tired of wearing the same old styles all the time and with social security, I can't afford to buy expensive ones every time I get tired of one. Anxiously awaiting my arrival and I will let you know how I like it. By the way, I never quite understood why they call wigs "her"--this is just a pet peeve of mine so instead of saying I will let you know how I like her--I just use the word "it". LOL
