Wigs?
Hi, all,
I am about to give up trying to do anything with my failing hair, and am considering shaving it off and wearing a wig instead. Do any of you know anything about wigs and where I could get a good, and hopefully not too expensive, one? I'd really appreciate it.

Hey T how is the insides of the cap? I just looked they look beautuful but in just worried about wefts ive never been a fan of wefted wigs? Do they look visible if tge hair parts in the back? And also have u tried the "freedom cap" ?? Thankz

Just went to MCWigs site - what is a freedom cap? Has anyone swam in a wig before other than a swim wig which is way expensive?

Milano has different cap options, open wefts, closed caps which i like the best, the freedom cap is a type of wig cap, they sell its very nice light and not itchy.

Thank you T. I should have mentioned that I live in Vancouver, BC, Canada, so not sure we have a Milano here. But if I could get a wig that would make me look as good as you, I'd be happy!

I wear wigs 24/7 for almost a year now & LOVE LOVE LOVE wigs,I even sleep & swim in wigs

Hi, Marsha,
Have you ever had issues with a potential partner having a problem with you wearing a wig? Also, my main concern is, do they make you feel hot (I have a problem with perspiring as well).
Where abouts do you live? I'm in Vancouver, BC.

The guy I am involved with loves to go with me shopping for wiga & wig products & he has seen my nearly bald head & he loves me in wigsI wear wigs 24/7 They stay cool & comfy,I have ponytail wigs too,so hot outdoors is no problem for my wigs

You are lucky to have such a guy. Good for you!
It's funny that you should mention ponytail wigs, because, since I was a child I wanted to wear my hair in a ponytail. Only problem was my hairline was too low and hair too thin.
Also, if you live in Florida and don't feel too hot in a wig, that's a good sign for me!

flexible soft mesh/lace cap ponytail wigs including flax/flaxen hair,
chinese silk hair,etc, that will keep you cool & comfy even on boiling hot days.

Oh that sounds wonderful - can you tell us all - I think it is OK - I see others sharing where they get their wigs. I would love to be cool on these horrible hot days !
