The fair is coming to my city, and I wear a wig...

I was wondering if there were any adhesives that would be strong enough to withstand the flipping, spinning, and speed of rides!

Thanks!

Ultra hold glue for lace front wigs ,it's super strong it last for weeks . That's what I use.

Where could I buy this item? I live in Canada!

Thanks!

Try ordering Ghost Bond from Hair Direct online.

I just want to say THANK YOU for asking this question. And THANK YOU to those who answered it. The solution has eluded me for years and I LOVE to ride roller coasters. I've avoided them since wearing wigs for the past 10 years because I could never keep my wig on! Thank you! Thank you!!

I met a girl at a NAAF conference who uses double sided CARPET tape.. makes a big X on her head. Puts that wig on... and NOTHING takes it off! well, I guess whatever she uses to dissolve the tape and remove the wig by choice. It works best on a smooth head obviously, as there is no hair to be pulled when you rip the tape off (ouch). When I was about 10 years old, I went to the fair with some friends.. I happened to have a hat with a tie hood. I put that hood on, tied it TIGHT. WOW!! That was the FIRST time in my life I rode rides with no fear. It was glorious!! Had I known then about double sided tape..woohoo! nothing worse than the FEAR OF LOSING YOUR WIG.

IS the carpet tape safe for skin? How would you get it off?

Youre welcome!

To withhold a rollor coaster I would say wig glue or wig tape. Although these 2 methods the wig would be on for days; but a little hair glue removed or a little alchohAl gets off the glue.

I would try a baseball cap and hang on to on the rides. I did this at Universal Studios in Florida and it worked for me. I didn't even want to walk around in the heat with a wig on, even though I love wigs. For amusement type outtings you can easily fit right in with a baseball cap. Even grocery shopping and errands around are completely acceptable with a cap on. I see plenty of women who have lots of hair doing this just so that get on with their day without so much hassle! It's always completely acceptable just to be yourself too. If you are comfortable that's all that matters. Your comfort matters. Not other peoples. It's your head!

I wera the Follea gripper. No need for tape or glue.
