Hi Andrea,
I am the Eastern Representative for Freedom Wigs here in Canada. I know in helping my clients, several have had some pretty nice looking hairpieces from Gabis wigs up there in the Toronto area. I can't speak to Continental Hair. Thought this may help. There is going to be a products show at the North York Civic Centre
5100 Yonge Street

St. north of Sheppard Ave.
lower level committee rooms
I have been invited and I am sure there will be other wig stores and hats represented as well. This show is being put on by CANAAF (The Canadian Alopecia Areata Federation). You may want to check it out if shopping around. I hope this is of some help. Good luck with your search.

Hi Andrea,
It is going on from 12-2pm. Very casual and I just found out that Continental Hair will be there as well. There are support groups going on previous to the show as well as CANAAF's AGM meeting. Would be great to see you there.

Hi Jenn,

Unfortunately I'll be away for work this weekend and won"t be able to make it :( The Freedom wigs look amazing but I'm not at the point where I need a full wig. I'm also going to check out Truly You Hair solutions in Streetsville and see what they have.

Hey, I buy all my wigs at Continental. Ive heard some bad things on here, but my experience has been pleasant there. The stylists are all super friendly. I think the owner sets his own prices so I usually tell him my budget and what I want and he makes it work. Ive been going there for probably 10 years so he might give me a bit better prices just because of that- I honestly have no idea!

I did have one horrible wig from there and he actually let me return it! It was custom made too. but the quality was terrible and he was shocked (it was a new product).
