I have had diffuse AA for a little over a year now and after treatments, my scalp hair is actually looking a lot better. It has really filled in on top so no scalp shows but the bottom is still thin where I lost a lot from the nape area. It has definitely improved though which is encouraging and my fingernails which were all pitted at the start of this, have all cleared except for one small spot. the bad news is that my eyebrows, leg and underarm hair is either very sparse or non- existent. I still have some body hair though, but it does not seem to be regrowing like the scalp hair. Is this a bad sign, or does body hair just take longer? Any thoughs would be appreciated.
