I don't know of this particular company, but it does sound like a slightly customised hairpiece, which may work well for you.

It is a real concern that you are unable to get hold of them except via email or post. There are many importers throughout the UK and I would think all should be available to talk with.

If Customistation is going to take place I would think verbal communciation is imperative so you both understand what you need and what they can supply.

What happens if you don't get what you expect...??? Who do you contact and how do they go about getting this rigt for you.

I help people with fully customised wigs and I couldn't imagine doing that without a full on consultation. So, do think this through as there may be some real issues with dealing with a company that you can only contact via email or post.

That domain no longer exists. My guess, though, is that they are just taking orders, marking them up, and passing them onto a Chinese vendor. The mode of operation, the length of time to complete, and the rush service charge all fall in line with what I've experienced when ordering online from China. I do have to say, though, that Chinese vendors like orderwigsonline.com are very responsive to your questions via email or web chat, and I have found the customer service to be excellent.
