Xeljanz and predisolone ?

Hey everyone I just thought I'd open a discussion on people taking predisolone with xeljanz or other jak inhabitors?

1: why are doctors prescribing this as my doctors have told me it's very dangerous as it dampens down the whole immune system rather than Pacific path ways ?

2) are you's on it for long or just use it as a kick start?

3) has it helped ?

4) what dosage and for how long have you's been on predisolone ?
