Xeljanz Topical (Tofacitinib 2% Ointment) Online?

I was hit with almost all the side effects when I tried Xeljanz.  I lasted 4 months and had about 30% regrowth but had a fatty liver problem, a bacterial infection and joint pain, so discontinued use.  I'd like to try topical Xeljanz and am wondering if anyone knows of an online/foreign resource to get it that's cheaper than the $300 per ounce here in the US?  Any referrals would really be appreciated 

I'd really like to give non-systemic Xeljanz a try!
