Hello, i was just wandering if there's anyone who has gone through the process of wearing a wig most of the time to not wearing a wig all of the time. Did this affect your relationships? was it a hard thing to do? Thanks.

It is quite some time ago I was wearing a wig. Actually I was a kid back then. But what I learned from switching into not wearing a wig: more selfesteem, more people come up to you with a smile, talk and further on (friendship, relastionship). Because they see YOU smile and being confident.

Side note: Hair can make a person. Not having hair also. So if you come up to someone with a wig, and later on you "undress" your head, he/she sees another person (on the surface). And yes, I do wear a scarf, mostly because I am freezing up on my head even summer. But thhe look with a scarf is closer to the real (bold) me, than a wig.

That's so good! such a positive thing to here! I agree - i believe that however you decide to present yourself, you need to be clear about your external identity, especially for those that only know you on the surface.

Yes. And keep the balance between external and internal identity.
