I enjoyed your notes re your visit to Philadelphia. I have had FFA for a good few years now. I have come off all medicines and try and lead a healthy lifestyle. Progression is slow but evident

I am looking forward to your notes on the CARF speakers

Who knows, maybe one day I will join you from England
