FFA Specialists in NYC

I have a new diagnosis of FFA. I live in New York.  I really want to get started on a good treatment plan.  Does anybody know of an experienced dermatologist in NYC who has experience treating this disease?  If I cannot find anybody in NYC I would be willing to travel for a consultation with a doctor who really knows what he/she is doing.  Thanks for any recommendations!

I would suggested checking out the CARF site to look at the list of recommended derms.
