Well there is already stem cell transplantation going on, but the problem with our disease is that after our affected skin gets new follicles ( wether it's from transplantation from a donor area or from new skinregeneration like in the article) our FFA still exist and could attack the new follicles in that area all over again. That's why FFA patients who want stem cell transplants will have to take strong medication ( Cyclosporine A) to stop your immunesystem from attacking. They think the FFA wil be activated by the little "incisions" they have to make for the stem cells.

That's why inhibit ALDH1A1 could be the best solution for our type of hairloss.  Instead of just fighting against LPP.

The researcher explained how it is linked to our type of hairloss, so the solution could exist to really slow our hairloss processus
