Hi all
Just checking in with you all to give an update on my fitness programme. Well, I've had a l e e t l e setback due to this Polymyalgia Rhuematica that's another auto immune disease which attacks the joints and muscles in my body. Can't jog anymore but am walking approx 3 times a day with hill work included. Also have changed gyms and this one is a 24hr gym which will be good should I have an uncontrollable urge to workout at 3 am...haha...I don't think so! Bu the price and equipment are good. Doing what I can and I guess it's better than nothing - but sometimes just moving hurts! Hope you are all doing your thing and enjoying life. Cheers Pat
