Permanant eyeliner

If anyone is looking for a good, easy to apply, permanant eyeliner, shiseido has an awesome liner. It is called shiseido accenuating cream eyeliner. I am currently using it and it works awesome. I love it. I bought it at Macys, and it is also sold at Sephora.

I'll look for that. I'm finding the lack of eyelashes bothers me more than my bald head! I wonder if it's sold in Canada

I checked the stores in Victoria and found oneliquid eyeliner by Shiseido , but they are out of stockof black so I'm waiting for it. In the mean time I tried testers of many others on my hand and found that MAC liquid eyeliner lasted as well as the Shiseido. The applicator isn't as neat though so I often use a little brush toget a fine line (I've never been a big makeup wearer)
