Yes, the prices do range all the way up to the $2,500.00's (I've heard). I asked Kanako and other places I've looked at, why are the prices so differant. Basically, Kanako works for herself and rents a spot at that floor.... she doesn't have much overhead to worry about. She has 9 years experience of just doing permanent makeup and she does a great job. She did my eyebrows (yes both for $300.00) and upper and lower eye lids, all in 2 hours. I'm very pleased with her... and she's super nice too. If you guys go to her, make sure to tell her, "Maria says Hi" :)

Normally when you apply eye make up, you should use a primer first as a base so your colors will be more pigmented and you will have more staying power. Two popular ones I like is "Two Faced Eye Shadow Insurance" and "Urban Decay Primer Potion". I've been very happy with both of them... although you will get more product for you buck due to the packaging from Two Faced Eye Shadow Insurance.

I think I will check out the venuspermanent. I am very happy with my eyebrow tattoos but just to have a look and see the difference

From the interviews and research I've done, I was told if they use a machine to tattoo then the quality is not as good and will most likely fade and turn blue. If you have it done by hand from a very reputable and well experienced person, then hopefully it will not be a problem. The lady that did my tattoo is a beautiful japanese lady who's office is located in SF downtown. She has 9 years experience doing nothing but permanent tattooing. Check her out on Yelp: http://www.venuspermanent.com/ with 5 star ratings. I'm super happy, but I do realize it might fade.... when it does, I will do retouching :)

I just had my eyebrows, upper and lower eye's, permanently tattooed and feel very good about it. I hear it's normal for the permanent tattoos to fade depending on your skin type and your life style. Basically, you do need to maintain the permanent eyebrows by touching up every 2-3 years. So looks like your already doing the right thing :)

Francie, I have the anastasia eyebrow pen at sephora and I just love it! You can draw it on thick or thin, draw on little hairs, the color is great, and it wears for a long time. I would really recommend buying it!

Good evening ladies!

I have a question for everyone here: I have EXTREMELY oily skin, and unfortunately, that oiliness has managed to extend to my scalp. I'm totally bald and I go out in public that way, but I find that I have to wash my face and my scalp at least twice a day; otherwise, at any given point I can just run my hand across my head and come off with a fine layer of oil in my hand, which is disgusting to say the least. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Hi,
Maybe try out this Brow Pen by ANASTASIA. My eye brows are sparse and I have trouble with pencils too; because they are designed to just cling to your hair. I read about this Brow Pen by Anastasia; I haven't tried it yet but I am going to!
Link: http://sephora.com/browse/product.jhtml?id=P219410&categoryId=C10474
It claims "Anastasia Brow Pen glides on easily, clinging to both skin and hair, for a lush and natural look."

Louise Molina, You should try Shu Uemura's Lashes. They have an online site http://www.shuuemura-usa.com/_us/_en/accessories/false-eyelashes/natural.aspx . Just browse around and see if you like any! They make the best lashes in the world.
