The support group is an ideal place to come and talk with others about living with alopecia areata. It is the place to gain knowledge from those who have had years of experience. With time comes the ability to deal and cope with your own hair loss or that of a loved one. We are very fortunate that so many are willing to bring to the meetings their wisdom and advice to share in a direct but compassionate manner that reflects understanding and concern. The support group experience has its rewards for all who attend.

Hospital meeting next week - local NAAF leader sent me an email on. Note when I went before, it was more lecture format- with a dermatologist and the leader. But that was only one time and still good to hear.

Hi all, May I please ask if people could firm up who's going to meet this weekend and what time. 13 coins told me they don't take reservations just first come first serve, in the bar there are tables with more room. I'm moving so trying to plan and think around

Thanks, how about noon at 13 Coins in Bellvue Sat. Some people can't do in Seattle next too?...Hi Tstatontko, I don't know in anyone in Kitsap County with alocepia, but have met Shari in Bremerton since she lives in U Place and is cute area to visit. Maybe we could do that sometime, Anthony's by ferry has affordable happy hour / bar menu. Thanks
