Hello Vancouverites! Connecting is one of the best ways to feel happier and become more informed! Come as you are, whether you are shy or outgoing. This is a genuine and fun group where all of us - new to alopecia or experienced, hair-wearer or au natural, seeking treatment or not - all come together and be supportive, informative, and positive for one another. After 4+ years of running this group, I can say for sure that you'll feel better after a meetup! :)
Come to our monthly meetups, or, start by joining this group and be in the loop of upcoming meetups! Sometimes I include alopecia news / remedy / stories too.
If your kid / teen has alopecia, please contact us and we'll put you in touch with other parents! It'll be, I believe, quite awesome for your child :)

Thanks guys:) I'm going back with Tanya and see what they can do.

Hello, So sorry to hear about your Mohair experience Cat....I have a little report - I think I'll put it under the hair piece section.
I agree with Tanya. My feeling is since this is your first experience with them - they will be working hard to keep you, and to know you'll be referring more people to them. Don't give up (which doesn't seem like a thing you would do).
I just read the return policy. I maybe out some cash. Lesson learnt :(
My first advice is to try to get Mohair to add more hair to it. Surely they do the same when people send in their hair pieces for repair.
Also, bring up the fact that you are in this group, and some of us are looking for new wigs and are curious about your experience with Mohair. Hopeful this will make them more helpful ;)
Good luck and keep us posted.
Oh man Cat. So sorry. I hope you're able to get a new one without a hassle. Good luck.
Hey,
I found another place that does custom wigs. Has anyone heard of this place?
Hey, Jlo
Did you go to Mohair?
I went to get my piece cut today and the piece does not have enough hair for bangs. Also, you can see the edge of the mesh. I didn't notice it when I brought it. Shit! :(
I going to see if I can return it or get them to add more hair to the front.
I really think we should start doing product reviews so it makes it easier for people to find quality hair, style and good customer service.

I wonder if I could work at being in the 1%
