i do... i think it may be sweat bumps. there not really a big problem just don't pick.. when you take your piece off at night wash the cap but also remember to wash your head.. i think going to bed and forgetting to wash your head till your morning shower may cause these?? but i am not a doc just thinking as i get them too. good luck
Libby hasn't had this problem. I think it would be best to pop and see your doctor and also talk to your IA and see if she has any experience of this prob.
Check your wig to see if it has bumps inside the cap which match where the spots are. Sweat gets in between the layers of the plastic stuff the cap is made from, the bubbles push on your scalp and leave marks same as if you lean on a table to long you get a mark on your arm. You can use a scalpel to make tiny slit in the bubble and a tissue to get the sweat out - only be careful not to push the blade too hard through more layers of the plastic-y stuff (the name of which escapes me :P )
