Hi all,

Sorry for so many posts. How long did your freedom take to ship? Mine is scheduled to ship on or before November 23. I need to make an appointment with my stylist in advance because it’s super busy in December. I have no idea how long it takes something to get here from a New Zealand!

Hi Insoop,

You should talk to your agent - call her and see when she gets a tracking list from NZ.  I got mine today and I've already emailed my clients to let them know that theirs has shipped.  Normally, if the box leaves NZ on a Thursday or a Friday, I get the box the following Wednesday, but there isn't any absolute guarantee on this.  The box has to clear customs in LA and then get to me which takes another couple of days.  I usually tell my clients that it would be safe to make an appointment about 10 days after the ship date from the factory.  However, there is always the possibility that the box can be held in customs for what ever time they decide to hold it.  We have no control over that.  Call your agent and ask her to let you know as soon as she hears that yours has made it into the shipment.  Shipping dates can also change at the last minute as each one has to clear quality control and some predicted dates don't hold up.
