Short, getting older, want to look natural!

I've worn FW for maybe 12 years, really feel confident in them. But, despite ordering light density, it's just too overwhelming on my little 5'1 self. My stylist thins a lot, which feels so wasteful, but it helps.

My other issue is that I'm 56 years old, a teacher, I'm athletic and casual and just want to look natural and blend in. I would LOVE gray hair to honor my Irish heritage and have had it implanted, BUT of course as soon as you dye your wig - buh-bye, gray!

Anyone else dealt with these issues? both the density and the gray? thanks,

Hi Beth

I haven't dealt with the grey issue, but have the density. My first Freedom was a medium density and was hugely heavy for my 5ft 1in petite frame. My second Freedom, I was more specific about where I wanted density or not and it is much more how I would want it.

Thanks, Chris. Who is your rep - what region? I'm in the Pacific NW and for my last wig my rep suggested light density, but it still was 2x as much hair. I've never thought of specifying where I would want density.

I'm in the UK.

I went for a light density this time but with less around the front and on top. I've now had it styled and it hardly needed any thinning. There was almost a head of hair cut out/off from my first.

Actually My first was a light but then I had an extra light with less density around the front and less taken forward into the fringe (bang) area.
