This can be a group where you discuss the good and the bad of Alopecia and how we can all help each other with our daily struggles. If someone is having a difficult time leaving the house without a wig or a hat then I would hope to help encourage you to become more comfortable with this condition. I also aspire in other situations we can all help each other over come fears that we have gained along the way. I sincerely want this group to grow and reach people who are new to this condition and hopefully make it easier for them to adjust. Anyone who wants to post a positive story or a discussion about an event or situation that happened to them because of Alopecia is greatly appreciated . Also if you would like to post a negative case then we can attempt to help you deal with your bad experience.

Thank you McKenzie for creating this group. By sharing we can not only help each other but help Alopecians in the future. The more help we give one another the less stigma will be attached to this condition in the future!

Can you show a picture or describe your flower crown? It sounds lovely. I like wearing nothing, but I've already gotten sunburnt a few times, I like to wear a jersey fabric infinity scarf when I want to be covered or need a little more sun protection.

Summer is around the corner and I dont know about everyone else but I burn up when I wear a wig out and its 90 degrees. I just purchased a flower crown, its silly but im really excited about wearing it on a hot day instead of a wig.

Thank u Mckenzie Anne .people here are amazing and so nice to me and very supportive thank u everyone i m living with this alopecia since i was 17 and i just want a chance to explore other things other than focusing on my hair all the time and wondering what people are going to say about it i m just so over it really
